Terms of service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from Toronto's Finest Print, operated by Toronto's Finest Print. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and customer information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, product, size, quantity, finishing, deadline, and artwork information. We may contact you to clarify an order. We may refuse or cancel an order that contains an obvious pricing or specification error, cannot be produced safely or lawfully, or requires information that is not provided. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

2. Quotes and prices
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, delivery, installation, design, file preparation, rush service, and optional work may be charged separately. Custom quotes are valid only for the period stated. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you to confirm a corrected price or cancel and refund the order.

3. Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, text, and other materials you submit. You authorize us to reproduce those materials only as needed to prepare, proof, produce, and deliver your order. You are responsible for claims arising from materials you submit that infringe another person's rights. We may refuse unlawful, hateful, defamatory, misleading, or unsafe content.

4. Proofs and customer approval
Where a proof is provided, production begins only after approval. You must review spelling, dates, contact details, dimensions, quantities, colours, placement, cut lines, bleed, and finishing. Approval confirms that the proof and specifications are correct. We remain responsible for producing the approved specifications with reasonable care, but are not responsible for errors visible in and approved on the proof.

5. Colour and material variation
Screens and office printers do not reproduce colour exactly. Reasonable variation may occur between previews, proofs, production methods, material batches, and repeat orders. Small variations within normal commercial-print tolerances are not defects. Tell us before ordering if exact colour matching or a specific tolerance is critical.

6. Turnaround, pickup, shipping, and installation
Turnaround estimates begin after payment, final specifications, print-ready artwork, and proof approval are received. Estimates are not guaranteed unless we agree in writing to a guaranteed deadline. Delivery and courier dates may be affected by events outside our reasonable control. Inspect pickup and delivered orders promptly. Installation is separate unless expressly included.

7. Changes and cancellations
Request changes or cancellation as soon as possible. Before design, proofing, material ordering, or production begins, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel and refund the unearned portion. After custom work or production has begun, charges already incurred are non-refundable. Approved custom, personalized, and made-to-order goods cannot be returned merely because the customer changed their mind, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Problems, reprints, and refunds
Contact us within 7 days after pickup or delivery and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Keep the affected products until the issue is resolved. If we confirm that an order materially differs from the approved proof or agreed specifications, we will choose an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, reprint, partial refund, or refund. This does not limit non-excludable consumer rights.

9. Customer-supplied property
Customer-supplied files, materials, and property are handled with reasonable care. Retain backups and disclose special handling requirements. Our responsibility for loss of or damage to customer-supplied property is limited to the direct value of the affected property, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by customer-supplied errors, delayed approvals, incorrect delivery information, misuse, unsuitable installation surfaces, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected portion. Nothing excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and payment, shipping, and service providers may process information needed to operate the store and fulfill orders.

12. Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
