From your file to the finished print

Artwork help.

Know what to send, prepare your file with confidence and ask us to review anything you are unsure about.

Start with a print-ready PDF

Send a PDF with your finished dimensions and product details. Keep text and logos as vectors where possible. Include cut lines when your job needs custom cutting.

Tell us the finished size

State the width, height and units. If your file is designed at a reduced scale, tell us the scale clearly. Ask us to confirm bleed and safe margins for your specific product.

Keep lettering crisp

Embed your fonts or outline the text in a copy of the final artwork. Keep your original editable file for future changes.

Prepare colours for print

Use CMYK colour where possible. Share any important brand-colour references so we can discuss the expected printed result.

Send the original images

Use the highest-quality original images available, rather than screenshots. Image requirements depend on finished size and viewing distance; ask us to check your file.

Confirm cutting requirements

For shaped stickers, decals or cut lettering, include a separate vector cut path. Confirm the cut-line setup with us before exporting your final file.

Not sure your file is ready?

Email your artwork or a viewable file link. Include the product, finished dimensions, order number or project name, and what you would like us to check.
